The adventure our Gin begins in France where it is first distilled at 60% abv. It then travels to Grasse, the perfume capital of the world, where the alcohol is carefully extracted, leaving behind a gin at 0.0% abv. Ethanol then finds a new purpose in high perfumery.
It is then in the heart of France, in a Distillery from 1875 that we distill our non-alcoholic Gin in century-old pot stills with juniper, cardamom, and an assortment of carefully selected pine bark, a process which intensifies its aromatic bouquet.
This manufacturing technique preserves the rich aromas, smooth texture, structure and length in the mouth of the original spirit, while being entirely alcohol and sugar free.
