Our rum begins its journey in the French Caribbean where it is first distilled at 65% abv. It then travels to Grasse, the perfume capital of the world, where the alcohol is carefully extracted, leaving behind a rum at 0.0% abv. Ethanol then finds a new purpose in high perfumery.
Finally, it is in the heart of France, in a distillery dating from 1875, that we reinvent our non-alcoholic rum. It is redistilled in century-old pot stills with French oak bark in particular, a process which ages and intensifies its aromatic bouquet.
This manufacturing technique preserves the rich aromas, smooth texture, structure and length in the mouth of the original spirit, while being entirely alcohol and sugar free.
