SOBER Pina Colada

Smooth & Fruity

50ml of Sober Spirits Rum 0.0%

50ml of pineapple juice,

25ml of coconut cream

Stemmed drink

How to do it

In the shaker, pour 50ml of Sober Spirits Rum 0.0%, 50ml of pineapple juice, and 25ml of coconut cream.

Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for at least 10 seconds. The goal is to create a light, creamy foam through shaking.

Pour everything directly into the glass.

Garnish with a slice of pineapple and its leaf, and it's ready to enjoy!

If you prefer a touch of tangy freshness, add a squeezed quarter of lime.

Bartender tips

If you don't have a shaker, use an empty jam jar or equivalent to shake and achieve the same result.

Origins of the cocktail

The Piña Colada ("Pressed Pineapple") is a recipe created in Puerto Rico in 1954. Ramon Monchito Marrero, the bar chef at the Puerto Rico Hilton, was tasked with creating a cocktail emblematic of his country. The Piña Colada became the National Cocktail of Puerto Rico in 1978.
