How to do it

Directly pour the juice of half a lime into the copper glass, cut the juiced lime half into four pieces and add them to the glass.

Then add 50ml of Sober Spirits Gin 0.0% and 10ml of agave syrup.

Add ice cubes and pour about 100ml of Ginger Beer.

Stir well at the bottom and garnish with a dehydrated lime slice and a sprig of fresh mint.

Option: you can sprinkle with fresh ginger powder and add a piece of fresh ginger to the cocktail for even more pleasure.

Bartender tips

Originally, we use copper glasses not only for aesthetics but because copper has very high thermal conductivity. This means that as soon as you put ice cubes in it, the cold spreads very quickly throughout the entire glass, making the cocktail ready to enjoy instantly.

Origins of the cocktail

In 1941, John Martin (a vodka exporter) met Jack Morgan (a Ginger Beer distributor). The two partners combined their products into an original cocktail. The Moscow Mule (based on Vodka) was born. Today, it is adapted with Cachaça, Tequila, Mezcal, or Rum (Jamaican Mule).
