How to do it
In the shaker, pour the juice of half a squeezed lime.
Add 50ml of Sober Spirits Gin 0.0%, 15ml of agave syrup, 60ml raspberry juice, 1 egg white.
Shake vigorously for about 10 to 15 seconds to mix the ingredients well and cool the mixture.
Strain and pour the cocktail into a stemmed glass.
Garnish with a raspberry or an edible flower
Bartender tips
Don't like egg white? Replace it with Aquafaba (chickpea brine). For an even more aromatic cocktail, perform a Dry Shake. A dry shake is used to mix the ingredients and create a foam with the egg. Shake a first time without ice and then a second time with ice.
