SOBER Chenonceau

Sweet & Smooth

50 ml of Sober Spirits Whisky Bourbon 0.0%

100ml of apple juice
20ml of vanilla syrup
1 half lemon, juiced
1 cinnamon stick

Long drink

How to do it

Smoke your glass with a cinnamon stick (see bartender's tip).

Fill the glass with ice cubes.

Pour 50ml of Sober Spirits Whisky Bourbon 0.0%, 100ml of apple juice, and 20ml of vanilla syrup. Add the juice of half a squeezed lemon.

Mix well.

Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon and a slice of dehydrated apple.

Bartender tips

To smoke your glass, take a cinnamon stick and hold it above a flame (lighter or torch) until it begins to smoke.
Place the smoking cinnamon stick in a whisky glass and turn the glass over so that the cinnamon smoke envelops the inside (like a bell).
Remove the cinnamon stick after a minute and immediately fill the glass with ice cubes to preserve the smoky aroma.

Origins of the cocktail

The Chenonceau cocktail is named after the famous Château de la Loire, known for the grand banquets of yesteryear where the first cocktails in history were created. The Chenonceau elegantly combines tradition and modernity, featuring Sober Spirits Whisky Bourbon 0.0%.
