For all your cocktails, SOBER-Rum is to be used in exactly the same way and with the same proportions as an alcoholic rum. (on average, 4cl to 5cl per glass).

This process takes several days and requires almost half a dozen different techniques, the two main ones being the extraction of alcohol and distillation in copper stills that are over a century old.
