For all your cocktails, SOBER-Rum is to be used in exactly the same way and with the same proportions as an alcoholic rum. (on average, 4cl to 5cl per glass).

Typical of old rum, slightly woody (oak), notes of caramelised dried fruit and a hint of vanilla.
